If you have forgotten or misplaced your initial LuxTrust codes, you can request to receive them by post. To do so, just click on the button below. Enter your date of birth, your SSN (Subject Serial Number) or LSN (LuxTrust Serial Number) and press “Send”. 

Your initial codes will be reprinted and sent within a week. Please note you will receive your initial codes at the address provided when you first ordered your device.
