Have you not received your initial codes following your order? Do you need your User ID or your Challenge code? You can now easily retrieve them.

To do this, click on the button below and fill in the request form. You will have to provide your date of birth, the phone number you used when placing the order and your User ID if you know it. Once your request has been validated, you will receive an SMS with your codes.

If you have already activated your certificate, but forgotten your password, please reset your password after receiving the SMS.
