  Identification process

  Checking your real identity is a compulsory legal step required before providing you your digital identity and device. This can happen in person (on our premises, those of our partners or at a notary's office) or online, by video. Choose the option that suits you best.

  If you already have a LuxTrust device, you probably don't need to order a new one. But if you really need one, you can go ahead and place your order.

  Identification process

  Since you were already identified by one of our partners when you purchased your 1^st device, you don't need to do it again. All you have to do is send to the respective partner:

  1. The order form duly filled in and signed
  2. The required documents to validate the order

  No need to visit the premises of our partners as you have already been identified.

  Identification process

  Since you already have a digital identity, you can use it to sign electronically the ordering form:

  1. Place your order and receive your order form by email
  2. Sign the order form using your digital identity
