Beware of fraudulent emails imitating LuxTrust
There is a series of fraudulent emails currently sent out falsely claiming to be from LuxTrust.
These emails usually require you taking an urgent action, such as renewing your certificate. They also ask you to click on a link and share your personal credentials (username, password, OTP, bank details) on a phishing website. In case you receive such an email, you can always check your certificate details including its expiry date on this website, in MyLuxTrust area, Test my certificate.
We advise you to remain vigilant and scrutinize every email your receive. Please know that LuxTrust will never send you emails or SMSes asking you to update your personal data or requesting your password and/or credit card details.
If you receive a suspicious email, please do not open it or click on the link. Simply delete it and report it to LuxTrust and your bank.

- Do not open messages whose sender you do not know
